Alternatively, maybe something like ch-home-inspection.com would also work though I think the first option looks better. While including keywords in the domain is not as important as it used to be, in a business like the one you describe, I think it makes sense. Just using your brand name (like clearsight.com) does not convey what you are actually doing and is not too memorable.
